The Benefits of Annual Maintenance Plans
There are multiple benefits to annual maintenance plans for your storm drain system. In Florida, there are so many factors that contribute to depleting the lifespan of your pipes, such as the high water table, weather, debris, improper installation, etc. Scheduling routine cleaning and CCTV inspections not only provides you with the accurate condition of your drainage system, but also has the potential to save you significant money in the long run by helping you anticipate and prioritize any existing or future repairs before they become too costly – the longer you wait, the higher the cost in repairs.
One of our clients began to notice a sinkhole forming in the parking lot of their very busy plaza. Thankfully, they were proactive in calling us to schedule an inspection and repair. What looked like the start to a rather large sinkhole, turned out to be almost a completely failed pipe.
